Building Effective Relationships (using colour profiling)
We are all different but due to the speed we are all operating at, we forget and think everyone is the same as us. Using a four colour model of behaviour, this online workshop give you an understanding of the different flavours of style and then investigates how to adapt to different personalities to improve relationships, overcome potential conflict and work together in more effective ways.
