The effective manager
needs to be able to assess the performance of their people and to communicate
the successes and areas for improvement in an interactive and positive meeting.
With the ‘new ways of working’ likely to extend in to 2021, this appraisal
workshop will take managers through the preparation, format, methodology and
delivery style for conducting this important meeting online and give them a
toolkit of skills that will enable them to motivate and empower their staff to
improve performance in a remote working situation.
