Introduction to Resilience/Mental Toughness
Bounce back ability in the face of adversity will help
us to reduce anxiety and maintain wellbeing. The workshop explores the facets
that facilitate resilience and mental toughness and gives a broad metric to
measure yourself and others. As we understand ourselves and others better, we
will look at new ways in which you can improve and maintain this important
self-confidence muscle.
