Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue colour energies. Subsequently utilised in our
coaching or our development programmes, this is woven into the fabric of our
training material.

Navigator
Where Insights Discovery looks at preferred behaviours, Navigator looks
at performance. Looking at the capabilities of an individual or team, it can be
used to create action plans to unlock future potential. Blending Discovery and
Navigator together can help individuals and teams gain insight into who they
are - and who they have the potential to become.

Discovery

Our Discovery Full Circle Profile provides learners with 360 degree
feedback from peers, managers and customers. Individuals explore their
strengths and development areas, consider how these impact relationships, and
create action plans for the weeks and months ahead.
